Accessibility Statement

CareLedgerPro is built to support common accessibility needs, including:

• Keyboard navigation — most interactive elements can be reached and used without a mouse.
• Readable labels, headings and forms — pages use clear headings, labels and form guidance to help users understand what each control does.
• Sufficient colour contrast — text and interface elements are designed to meet readable contrast levels.
• Zoom and responsive layouts — the interface reflows for desktop, tablet and mobile screens and remains usable when zoomed.
• Screen reader compatibility — where supported by the browser and device, pages include landmarks, labels and focus states to assist screen reader users.
• Clear error messages — forms and validation errors include explanatory text to help users correct mistakes.

CareLedgerPro aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA where reasonably practicable.

We have not yet completed an independent accessibility audit. If you experience an accessibility barrier, please contact support@careledgerpro.co.uk and we will work with you to resolve it.

Most users should be able to:

• navigate most of the platform using only a keyboard;
• zoom in without the interface breaking or content becoming unreadable;
• read content with clear labels, headings and logical structure;
• use the platform on desktop, tablet and mobile devices;
• use common assistive technologies where supported by the browser and operating system.

Some parts of CareLedgerPro may not yet be fully accessible. For example, certain third-party content, embedded services or less common browser and assistive-technology combinations may behave differently from our intended experience.

We recognise that accessibility is an ongoing effort. We review the platform regularly, prioritise fixes that affect the widest range of users, and welcome feedback about specific barriers.
